My question would be "Why?". I had fresh alligator meat about four different ways at an alligator farm in Northern Australia a few years back, and found it tasteless and rubbery no matter how it was prepared (steak, deep fried, baked, and stewed as I recall). The old "tastes like chicken" didn't work for me; it tasted more like old stale bubble gum left on my nightstand when I was a kid.
