I love frozen yogurt, but hate all the weird chemicals that go into it. I read about ice milk. Does anyone know how to make a low calories chocolate flavored ice milk? Thanks!
Italian gelato is made with milk.
I make a freezee with organic yogurt, frozen fresh berries or fruit chunks, some juice, some milk and puree in food processor. It can be really thick and you could freeze in a container. Voila!
This sounds good! What kind of juice do you use with this combo?
