I am planning a dinner next week and was thinking of serving an Italian rabbit dinner but do not know what goes well with coniglio. If I do cook the rabbit, I would marinate a day in advance, season it and cook it in white wine sauce. Any suggestions for the side dishes?

  1. Maybe some good, crusty bread perhaps grilled a bit, and Marcella's braised carrots, which are amazing though time consuming? Or just some baby vegetables steamed in with the rabbit at the end would be pretty...
