She went through some of the salient spots that he'd visited on his trip up the Mississippi river. Talked some barbecue, talked about how the alligator farm in Louisiana freaked him out, especially when the owner went to get the frozen nutria to feed the alligators and the alligators were eyeing him like he was dinner. He said a couple of the places they went to had burned down since they were there. They did say that the "Eating on Asphalt" idea is on hold, he is working on "Eating on Waves". I guess I just like the straigh cooking tv shows you learn so much more. Julia Child will always be my favorite.
