'Pomegranate' on CIAvenue??? Ave. L

Does anyone know what this is? It used to be a kosher supermarket which was knocked down and they've been doing lots of construction and now there is a big sign on the top corner of the building that says "pomegranate' in very cute lettering. Another supermarket? I tried to google but no hits on what it might be and 7,000 hits on pomegranate juice!
