Asi es Colombia is a (surprise) colombian bakery. On Main.
Kneaded Bread is there. Not ethnic, but awesome. Was there this morning (as all Saturdays).
Panaderia Uruguaya on Westchester Avenue is good early. They don't bake on premises, so by the late afternoon it doesn't taste as fresh.
La Flor Bakery, across from Panaderia Uruguaya, is a mexican bakery with good tres leche cake.
I've tried all of these many times. There are others too... I just can't remember off hand.
I don't drink coffee, so I can't help you with that at all. Sorry...
