ICE CREAM store in NORTHRIDGE

On May 25, 2007 08:48AM Jencounter made a comment in the "Are there still ice cream trucks in L.A." topic about a store in Northridge that sells "they carry all the good stuff including real big sticks and bomb pops -"

So has ANY one ever seen this place or know about it?

Jencounter if you are out there please post the info about this store.

Thanx!

I believe that the store you are refering to is on the northwest corner of Parthenia and Van Alden. The ice cream trucks park there and I believe that you can go in and purchase items too. I used to sell ice cream after school at my kids' school and I think that is where we got the ice cream. There is another store like it also on Parthenia but east of Sepulveda. We rented a cart from them once for another school's picnic.
