Mariners Pre-Game

Good bar. Decent food. Cheap prices. Perhaps decent seating/room for meeting a group. Does want to reveal their spot? I'm fairly up to date with the usual spots (Pyramid, Sluggers, FX etc).

A good thing to keep in mind is that the bus tunnel drops you off right near Qwest. With the free ride zone covering most all of downtown, you can hit anything close to Westlake Center on down. The buses run nearly constantly.

Unless they've changed it - I think the stadiums are outside the free ride zone.

You are right as far as surface buses. The bus tunnel buses will take you to the ID/King's Street Station location, which is right next to Qwest, for free until 7pm (I think that's the time).

I usually go to the Owl and Thistle, just far enough away to avid the big crowds and they have really good fish and chips.
