Mediterranean restaurants? [Dallas/Plano areas]

I would like to find a really good mediterranean restaurant in North Dallas/Plano area. There aren't many to begin with, and my husband and I tried King Kabob on Spring Creek Parkway and Coit, and it was not good...the lamb kebobs were so salty I could not finish them...and the rice left something to be desired. Definitely not worth the price.

So, any suggestions? I would love to find a delicious lamb and/or beef kabob!

Taste of Galilee 75 between Parker & Park South bound service road has a pretty good buffet. I like Afrah in Richardson for their baked goods and falafel.

There is a reasonably good little place for to go orders on Independence & Parker SE corner. I stop by there occasionally for a to go falafel or gyro.

I would also agree that Fadis is very consistent and reasonably good.

Thanks everyone! Sounds like Fadi's might be good, or Afrah's. I'll have to try!

Ali Baba at 114 and MacArthur is fantastic. I have not eaten any of the meat dishes but all the classic veg dishes are well done. Plenty of garlic, too. I go there for the lunch buffet. It is packed every day. Not sure what they do for dinner.

Fadi's in Frisco is good. Very consistent.

I haven't eaten at the Fadi's in Frisco, but we are big fans of the Fadi's on Knox. Excellent food and a lovely variety of things.

Richardson, around Beltline/75 most particularly, is absolutely LOADED with these restaurants. Afrah is especially good.

        I don't know about Plano.
