Who makes your favorite Bloody Mary?

Bars or bartenders - who makes your favorite savory, restorative Bloody Mary? Besides you in your own kitchen, I mean.

Personally, I'm partial to the recipe we followed at Monaghan's Erin Rose, which included a dash of Guinness - I still do that at home. And I'm always looking for new concoctions to try!

  1. I'll go with JT at Flanagans on St. Philip. They give her a squirt of Guinness as well.

      Mollys On The Market (on decateur) I dont know if they use guiness? tasty for sure.

          Molly's is probably my favorite. They do the shot of Guinness, too, which would make sense since Monaghan owns Molly's, too. (I'm assuming it's the same Monaghan.)

          My favorite used to be at Snake n Jake's, though I haven't been there in a while, so I can't vouch for it.

            Jim used to own both bars, and left Molly's to his son and The Erin Rose to Troy & Angie.

      1. Carousel Bar at Hotel Monteleone. Love the spicy flavor and the garnishes (spicy pickled green bean, olives, etc)

        1. The Columns Hotel on St. Charles makes fantastic bloody marys with the spicey beans

          1. The Gazebo outdoor dining place on Decatur puts horsradish in theirs. YUM.
