Chefs table on the strip

We are going to AC and looking for a cool culinary experience for a birthday dinner. I have heard that there are a couple of places with chef's tables but I can't find any review on them. Any help would be great! Also anyone know a good place for Dessert? We went to Brulee before but now they only do private functions!
