crew of 15 needs lunch in San Diego

We will be training a crew of 15 people over the course of two days - and we're staying near the sports arena...a dicey area, we've been told. Any of you savvy folk able to recommend some quality pizza that delivers - also other good lunch fare - sandwiches, etc? thank you in advance.

Tacon wraps in Mission Valley delivers. They have a great selection and will put together a good sampling of their wraps, and they deliver!!!

Love Pizza Nova, Phil's or Point Loma Seafoods..the calamari sandwiches are delicious..
Santana's Taco Shop on Midway has some good tacos and burritos..
Ember's Grille on West Point Loma Blvd makes a pretty darn good pizza too..
it's been awhile and don't know if they deliver..
In and Out on Sports Arena and Rubio's too.
I have always wanted to get a Muffuletta at the Mardi Gras Cafe..that sounds so good right now..

My wife say, that the Muffuletta, is so rich that it's better than sex. I guess that may be a knock on me, but she has a point.

You are in San Diego that has some terrific fresh, local seafood. Why not send somebody over to pick up awesome and affordable seafood sandwiches at Point Loma Seafood?

Phil's BBQ is good, and is a couple of blocks from Sports Arena.

Muffuletta sandwich at the Mardi Gras Cafe on Midway. Get a number of the large and split them into halfs or quarters.
