All great choices, I would add the duck and green bean dish off of the Chinese menu, very tasty, not at all spicy. The Ma Po Tofu ("Ma Paul" on the menu), Smoky Hot Shredded Beef with Cayenne Chilli. Most of the prawn dishes (which I like a lot) come with head and shell on, not everybody's cup of tea. On a cold day, the Sichuan Beef Soup with Soft Noodles is nice too.
