I went to Mashti Malones yesterday and I was just blown away. I tried the rosewater pistachio ice cream, orangeblossom, rosewater ginger and they were absolutely delicious. Does anybody know or have a recipe for how to make this type of icecream at home. Anybody know where I can find it in the South Bay area if I don't feel like driving all the way to Hollywood for a fix.

I concur. ABSOLUTLEY BLOWN AWAY by the Ginger Rosewater Ice cream - where it was served to me as a Mashti Mash - a hand scooped ice cream sandwhich with two waffle waifers doing the mash. Mashti revealed to me that the Ginger is his most subtle rosewater concoction. Genius!
