Italian in Westchester
Is it me or is everything the same? I look in Italian cokbooks and salivate, and then I go to restaurants and it's all the same stuff. I'm not just talking about the sauces and the staples of italian cusine, but everything. I'm not saying it's not good, but it's not worthy of a $75-100 meal. I'd rather hit Pizza & Brew and have a solid meal, sometimes extraordinary for $20. I don't need the frere foccacia or garlic bread with broccoli rabe on it. I want something new.
