"Good" Restaurants that do street fairs/festivals?? Help!

HungryGirl Mar 26, 2008 11:23 AM

My friend is in charge of a big clean water festival for Earth Day and I was wondering if anyone knew a restaurant(s) that does street fairs/festivals, and serves a better quality product than the normal hot dog/curly fries/frozen lemonade variety?

I would check with the Chamber of Commerce in the city where the Earth Day festival is being held. Most of them know of local eateries that are open and capable of having food stands at street festivals.

I would check with the stands that do Farmers' Markets. The Sunday Hollywood market has a number of good stands that could probably be easily adapted for a street fair.

Best funnel cake I've ever had was from a funnel cake stand at last years Long Beach Crawfish festival. I don't remember the name of the place, but you could probably google it somehow. =)
