Just drove by here tonight, next to Sherlock Homes on Rice Howard Way. Caught the sign Chang's Asian bistro (or something along those lines). Anyone been?

It used to be Mimi's Martini Bar with perhaps one other name change before becoming Chang's.

I have not been.

From what I understand it is a bar which has served...going from the blackboard outside...asian influenced snacks and light fare. I do not know how extensive its menu is. Expect relatively limited I expect as are the kitchen facilities.

across the street rumour has it that the folks from Luxe are opening a lounge in the space below the reovated condos formerly occupied by Terry Vaugn's Sports Bar.

sounds like a case of location failure. those spots that just cannot make it no matter what goes in? I guess we will see.
