John Delpha

Where is he cooking these days?

    Delpha was the opening chef at Sorellina, then worked at La Verdad, not sure where he is now. Da Vinci's chef/owner is ex-La Campania, Shingara “Peppino” Singh. La Campania's current chef is listed as John Maione.

      John Delpha is at La Campania in Waltham. The former exec chef from La Campania opened his own restaurant, DaVinci, in Boston. Excellent! La Campania's Web site is way out of date. John Maione, former exec chef, is no long with the restaurant. His brother, David Maione, remains in charge, but is not a chef.

        New restaurant opened in Essex, VT, Belted Cow bistro.

        campagna in waltham? I also heard that he was the chef at ken oringers taco joint.
