Just a note of caution:
Be careful with the designations, depending on who you're talking to.
Turkish coffee = Arabic Coffee = Armenian Coffee = Israeli Coffee = etc etc

Rosine's in Anaheim Hills (off the 91 at Weir Canyon Road) will make you some ! It's a really nice little Lebanese restaurant. The roast chicken with garlic sauce is great, as are just about all the other dishes we've tried there, and the wine list is excellent and very well-priced.
You can make your own pretty easily - you can make it in a small saucepan, but the traditional container is more fun to use, you can buy one at any good middle eastern grocery store I'd say. You need to grind your coffee down to a powder -- super-fine, because you drink the grounds (at least a portion of them). I'd say a rounded tablespoon for about 4 to 6ounces (but you won't want to drink all of that yourself, that should serve several people (It's generally served in a demitasse cup). You bring the water/grounds mixture (some also add cardamom) to a boil over a medium flame, watching it carefully. As soon as it comes to the boil, you pull it off the flame, let it rest for a few seconds, then put it back on and let it come to the boil again. Then serve it up, with sugar.
