provencal seafood stew - what to serve with it?

made delicious seafood stew with scallops,littleneck clams and shrimp but need an idea of what to serve with it for dinner? already have crusty loaf of french bread for dipping!

    The french family I stayed with during school often had cold haricots verts with mustard vinaigrette. Extremely simple, extremely elegant and appetizing.

    but I think the salad might be a little better with the stew.

    how about an olive oil cake for dessert?

      You need veggies. Why don't you just have more courses rather than something with it. It is a beautiful to enjoy solo. Have a nice salad, as bud suggested, or a grilled asparagus with vinaigrette. Maybe after salad have a small pasta course - something simple like olio y aglio with chili flakes, toasted garlic and roasted veg.

        Maybe a simple mixed salad on the side.... your dinner sounds fine the way it is so far '-)
