Breakfast between Gramercy park and ESB

first time in NY, staying at gramercy park

i'm going on a hiphop tour that meets between 30th and 31st streets on 5th at 11am.

that's enough time to get up around 8 and have a good breakfast..

i'm lookin' for real good pancakes, eggs benedict, french toast, omletes, waffles, etc. around or between these places to go to before we head out on our tour.
