Are there any kosher places in Los Angeles where you can prepay for a Friday night dinner? Any info will be greatly appreciated.

THE INFORMATION ABOVE IS OUT OF DATE.

Delice Bistro (on Pico, just west of LaCienega), the meat restaurant opened by Delice Bakery, started doing prepaid Shabbat dinners in October, 2008.

If you come for services at any Chabad someone will invite you for dinner!

You can get Shabbos Takeout from many Kosher restaurants in LA. You can choose what you want from a variety of items and pick up the meal.

You can try Judy's on La Brea if you are going to be on that side of town. We have eaten there on Friday night (as part of a large group).

To my knowledge, no. However, there are probably a multitude of hachnasas orchim committees in shuls who could put you up for a meal at a family's house, probably one committe per synagogue. If you were in need of lodging near a particular shul, a family could probably put you up as well.
