Business travel in Puyallup Tonight!

I will be flying into SeaTac tonight around dinner time for business and was wondering where a lone traveler should grab some dinner at? Takeout or sitdown is fine, thanks for your help.

I was going to suggest From the Bayou, but it sounds like it is no more. It was a good Cajun restaurant while it lasted.

There is a great taco truck parked to the left of a gas station next to an auto parts store across from a starbucks. The carnitas are GREAT. It is on the main strip in puyallup...meridian is the name of the street I think?
