I have almost a full rack of baby back ribs from a restaurant and was wondering, what is the best way to reheat without drying them out?

Check this link. It's pretty simple.

    1. sprinkle lightly (more like lightly mist) them with water, seal well in foil, heat in warm oven (250-300 for 15-20 minutes, i think). (if you want more sauce, just brush some on before you wrap).

Thanks!! You the man or the gal!!!!

      2. get a pan thats at least 2 inches deep put your ribs in bone side down. fill bottom of pan with a quarter inch of water (more or less depending on pan size). add a little more BBQ sauce so the top doesn't burn and put it in a 450 degree oven for 20-30 mins! i have found that a 8x8 brownie pan works the best and glass gives a better result than metal. hope that helps!
