My kids LOVE the Palms in Carpinteria. I have commented on it before here :
They get a kick out of "preparing" thier own meal. The accompaniments are served buffet stlye and the meat, fish or chicken come to the table raw. Each diner then takes it to the grills that are set up with popular seasonings such as Lawry's, garlic powder, worcestershire, lemon pepper, etc. Not sure if they will be doing Easter dinner but it is fun alternative to the usual. I'm sorry, I can comment Padaro Grill, I've never been there.
