My friends and I brought some delicious blue corn back from Mexico and we want to turn it into tortillas. In Mexico there are businesses called molineros that house a number of grinding devices (molinos) in which one can grind anything from chocolaye ingredients to corn for masa to the desired consistency. Please tell me one of these places exists in the bay somewhere!
Yes, I took a cooking class with Ron Kent at SurLaTable. He grinds his own cacao beans to make Mexican chocolate. He’s the man to talk to.
