What's the best way to get cupcakes out of the pan w/o denting the tops (by dumping) or messing up the paper cups (by pinching sides)?
I use a spreader - so it's as thin but fatter than a butter knife.
I actually use a curved grapefruit knife- slip it down the side & lift it up
I slip a spoon down and inside to lift the cupcake w/liner out.
