Park City Fine Dining

Hi there,

I am new to this so pardon any errors. I have a business meeting in Park City and have to plan dinner for one night. I need the best of the best and price in no object. I did a search and the posts about Park City are old. Any recs? I have no idea about the area and have one suggestion for Grappa but from what I can find it seems as if it is hit or miss.

We like contemporary cusine in a VERY upscale environment.

Thank you so much for your help!

    1. My ex used to used to be involved in some business meetings with clients that would fly in to Utah during the winter, combining business with skiing. He would be responsible for one big dinner in town for about 15 folks. It was a "expense report" dinner, so price didn't matter. The two places they enjoyed most were Grappa and Glitretind at Stein Eriksen Lodge. I've never been fond of Grappa (just a bit pretentious for my tastes), but when given an invite, I won't turn it down. I'm a huge fan of Glitretind - been eating there for years. It's my special occasion place, as well as the occasional Sunday Brunch spot. When we take a group up there, we are always treated well. Anyone in our group with a special food need is well taken care of. Cara, the sommelier, is always willing to make good suggestions on wine parings within any budget we privide. Chef Zane alwys has something to peek everyone's interests, and Chef Raymond's desserts are good enough that we always warn folks to be sure to leave room for them. The atmosphere is warm, cozy, but still refined.

I second Glitretind over Grappa. A favorite of mine for years and exactly the experience you describe.
