Looking for a place in or near the Quarter for a somewhat light meal. Plan on some walking around and will be eating in NO for dinner as well, so don't want to overdo lunch.

The warehouse district isn't a bad walk from the FQ. There you could have a light tapas lunch at Rio Mar. you could also just dine on raw oysters at Felix's.

Seems to me like you could get a light meal pretty much anyplace just by ordering or eating less food.

But for a non-smart-ass answer, you could get a salad and a cup of gumbo at Mr. B's.
