Great bbq ribs

I'm going to be driving from PA to FL in the next couple of days and was hoping to get some recommendations for great barbecue along the way. For starters, I've got Sticky Fingers in Savannah, GA. Thanks!

Are you traveling I-95 the whole way. If so how far off the interstate are you willing to go?

I'm taking 81 to VA and then 95 from NC to FL. I'm willing to stray 30 minutes or so off course, depending on how good the place is.

Are you kidding? Wipe Sticky Fingers off your list and go to Sweatman's. It isn't far off I-95 before Charleston in Holly Hill.

They are only open Thurs-Sunday and do BBQ the REAL way.

Actually, no. I'm not kidding. I like their ribs and their wings. But I will definitely also have to check out Sweatman's. I am anxious to see what REAL barbecue tastes like.

You won't find real bbq at Sticky fingers. It is to barbeque what Chili's is to tex-mex.
