in expensive birthday dinner in w. hollywood - magnolia? Luna Park?

Where is a good place to have a birthday dinner? I have gone to Magnolia and Luna Park are there other options - I am the b-day girl and want steak so somewhere I can get a nice steak and veggies. Looking for places in the lower price range.
