Beef Tenderloin Tips - What do I do with them?
So, I have a bunch of beef tenderloin tips in my freezer that have been there too long. They're a little freezer burned and I want to do something interesting with them. Sure, I could just slice them and stir fry them, but I don't really have any other ideas beyond that. I probably have almost 2 pounds of them...give or take.
What do I do?
PS. Don't say throw them away!
