Blue Pointe Grill in Ellicott City--is it closed?

Does anyone know whether the Blue Pointe Grill on Rt 40 in Ellicott City has closed (and if so, when?) or whether they plan to reopen?

I'm not sure if it's closed, but I had heard that a change in ownership was imminent, so it likely could be shut down for the changeover. Rumors also included that they'd be shuttering the Stone Cellar downstairs and using the space for storage, something I find unthinkable.

Went by there today and there is a new sign up which indicates that an Asian restaurant will be there. I can not remember the name and could not read the words underneath. There were some workmen there and it looks like remodeling is going on.

I always have liked it there and the live bands made the Stone Cellar a fun place for people to go.

If it has closed, it's fairly recent - I last ate there a couple weeks ago, and the last time I drove by more recently, it looked open.
