Where should we go for dinner for 40+ -- preferably within walking distance of the Royal Orleans on St. Louis and Chartres? We did Galatoire's last year, so we are looking for something different.
Brennan's is a block away. Bacco's is a block away. I enjoy both.
How about Palace Cafe? On Canal, edge of the quarter. Handles large groups nicely.
The upstairs at K'Paul's would be good - or the upstairs at Muriel's on Jackson Square. I would second Palace Cafe as well. good food and can handle a crowd.
Just did a party for ~120 at Broussard's and all was very good to great. Cocktails in the courtyard, and the entire front room (Lake side) for the meal. Service was top-notch. Had not been in 30 years, and was glad that we attended.
Sorry, the link did not take. Will try again.
Better luck this time,Hunt
