Lunch with two teenagers - help!

Looking for a fun place for lunch on Sunday with two fifteen year old girls - will be in the Union Square - Soho - East Village location - thanks hounds!

My ol' stand-by is Bar 89. Really good sandwiches, burgers and salads. Chic and trendy atmosphere. And the girls will love the bathrooms! It will give them something to talk about for quite awhile!

any type of food would be fine - plans now have changed to an early dinner in place of lunch not sure if that would change anything though!

there is Spring Street Natural on Spring and Lafayette or Savoy if they are really into food or the totally cool Florent in the Meat Packing District, which any teen would love--it is very downtown NY in atmosphere, casual, the menu is French bistro but with great burgers. For dessert you could get a gelato or pastry at Chelsea Market. fayefood.com

if the weather is decent walk from 3rd avenue along the very teen friendly st. marks place (e8th st) and when you get to tompkins sq park have lunch at FLEA MARKET.

Maybe Chinatown Brasserie. I was there last sunday and it was lively and had a lot of younger people with thier families. The decor is fun and you can share the food. It is a little on the pricey side though- check out their menu on their website.
