I'm throwing a barbecue for ~100 people soon and am looking for a caterer that specializes in BBQ to provide food and serve at the event. Two that I've come across searching online are Great American Barbecue Company and the Absolute Barbecue Company. Has anyone worked with either of these companies or have another one that they've used before for similar events (company picnic etc) that would fit the bill of being economical, professional and delicious? Thanks for your help!

I organized a BBQ for about 50 people last September with BBQ Back-40 and my guests enjoyed it. The set up crew and food were very good. The prices very reasonable for the options.
