Can someone help me out with some great mexican restaurants that also serve margaritas? What are some of your favorites?

On the Westside, several options stand out:

The Talpa (please note they do not have a liquor license, but do serve Agave Wine margaritas, which actually pack quite a punch)

    Both have excellent food...

There's a few other possibilities on the Westside, but the food is not as good as the two aforementioned places:

    Gilbert's El Indio
    Casa Escobar Wilshire
    La Cabana

The food at the above is passable to good, depending on what you get, but both the quality and strength of their margaritas eclipses the food.

El Coyote on Beverly near La Brea.
      El Cholo on Western.
      Sonora Cafe on La Brea.

I used to love Gilbert's El Indio but haven't been there in years.
