Best restaurant SE Florida?

My birthday is coming up next month and I'm trying decide where to go...Could be Broward, Miami-Dade or Palm Beach Counties. We are foodies and are open to anything special...Don't want to repeat those places we've been to (some several times): Cafe Boulud, Cero, Chef Allen, Mark's, Johnny V, Trina, Abe & Louie's, Michy's (to name some off the top of my head).
I'd love some suggestions!

we just love to go to the breakers in palm beach for brunch. all the champagne you can drink , a harp player, the food is wonderful even has caviar. we try to go at least once a year, it's worth the money.
