ISO: A bakery that personalizes cakes

pinkprimp Mar 15, 2008 05:10 PM

You know those cakes you can get where you give them a picture and they can make your picture edible and put it on top of the cake? My BF is launching a website and I'd love to get him one with his company logo on it...except I have no idea where to get them.

Does anyone know? I would REALLY, REALLY appreciate it!

Baskin Robbins definitely does it, pinkprimp. I had my face emblazoned on a cake a while back...

It's really a delicious cake and surprisingly durable, even in warmer weather! And yep, there's one in the Eaton Centre.

You can find branches on the Baskin Robbin's website here:

Dufflet does that. Here's the link for information: http://www.dufflet.com/pdf/wedding/RE.... And, as a real plus, her cakes are damned tasty. And you can do images on cupcakes too...

Okay - that link doesn't work. Try http://www.dufflet.com, click on "downloads and pricelists" and look for edible images. They're on Queen west.

        Good luck!

I'm pretty sure Sobey's does it.

Katie's Cakes on O'Connor does it too - and the cake is really tasty (far better texture than what you'd get in a supermarket cake, IMHO).

I always go to Dominion for birthday cakes, they put my children's photo right on the cake. Most locations are equiped with this feature. It's not dufflet's quality but then you are not paying as much either.
