Has anyone made this lamb sausage pizza? I found this recipe of David Lebovitz's and it sounds good, but I'm wondering about the cocoa nibs.

I haven't made it but I think cocoa nibs would be fantastic with lamb. I have seen cocoa powder as a dry rub before, and use chocolate in chili and mole all the time.
