        <content>need help finding a restaurant to have dinner at tonight.  here's what i need:

1) lower east side/ east village
2) takes reservations
3) can accommodate 7 people
4) price of about $20 per person
5) ethnic or funky in style

      <content>$20/person - that's tough. But I'd second Kuma Inn, also you may want to try Haveli's (Indian place on Second Avenue) or Tsampa (on East Ninth) but I haven't been to Tsampa in a long time. Also Kenka on St. Mark's. If you're willing to pay a few more bucks for better food, try Mermaid Inn on Second Avenue.</content>
