Semi-healthful frozen pizza - possible?

Or just not downright UN-healthy? My mom loves frozen pizza -- are there any that are low-sodium-fat-cholesterol -- any or all of the above? Microwaveable a plus. Thanks!

The California Pizza oven frozen pizzas are the healthiest 'regular' frozen pizzas I could find. Made from whole wheat crust.

Woflgang Puck also has a line that is organic.

My son is on a low-sodium diet...so I go to this website often, drgourmet.com--he has a list of frozen pizzas that he deems 'healthy'--he IS a medical doctor...so for what it's worth, you might look at his list here:

The Kroger grocery chain has a Private Selection house brand; the spinach and vegetable pizzas have actually quite good health numbers. If you add some 2% shredded mozzarella, the numbers are still very good. And they're pretty good eating too.

I wuold go with Amys as well. The frozen TRader Joe's ones look good as well, but I have yet to try them.

Kashi makes a really decent frozen pizza. I had one that was nice and garlicky. I also think Whole Foods and Trader Joe's may sell frozen pizza under their own brand.

I've had some of the Amy's pizzas and they taste pretty good. Lots of varieties. The roasted vegetable, no cheese pizza may be one of the "healthiest". Here's a link where you can view the different pizzas and get the nutrition info for each:

Amy's makes a vegan pizza that has roasted veggies on it. (You can see it on their Web site). No cheese. I am pretty sure that they also make it and sell it under the Trader Joe's brand as well. Point is that we LOVE it! Even my husband, who is a meat and potatoes guy, likes this pizza. It has great flavor.
