Soft shell crab, phoenix area

Do you know if anyone has soft shell crab yet on their menus? I know Wildfish at Scottsdale mall had it last year briefly. It is such a short season, I want to be sure not to miss anything!

A while back, I overheard someone saying that Ernie's inn always has them. They gave rave reviews, but it was sort of worrisome that they are ALWAYS available....

Eddie V's should have some soon, if not already. They are lightly fried and absolutely delicious!

Most likely frozen given that season usually runs May through July. Occasionally as late as September.

I thought it was a bit early too - the earliest I've had fresh soft-shells is actually April - but I'd be very surprised if Voltaire is serving frozen.......

Yes, definitely fresh. Nice and meaty too - they got a shipment in yesterday, and I had the crispy soft-shell crab special last night.
