An upscale breakfast place to do work in?

I know this is an odd / particular request, but is there an upscale (the only reason why I'm asking for upscale is because I prefer a quiet atmosphere with not much noise / commotion) restaurant in Toronto that serves breakfast on weekdays and that I can comfortably do work in without being hurried out?

Location almost doesn't matter, although I prefer not to go too west (let's say I draw the line around Bathurst).

Thanks so much everyone!!

What about the Senator? They have a great breakfast but I haven't been in there on a weekday to be able to comment on how quiet/unhurried it is.

Marche is not a bad option as it's quiet in the mornings, and free wifi too. And definately no one rushing you.

Try any upscale hotel or upscale area like Yorkville.

During the week, the tone is subdued enough at Sunrise Cafe (SE corner of Church & Carleton) that you could work. The omlette breakfasts are huge and delicious - my fav is Old MacDonald's meat omlette, full of great sausage.

Brassaii still serves breakfast no? The dining room has a minimal, modern feel that's both professional and enjoyable to me.

How about Studio Cafe in the Four Seasons?
