New Billerica restaurants

I noticed while driving by that two places on 3A(Boston Rd) have changed hands. Antonio's is now Newtowne Grille (spelling same as in Cambridge?) and Masalaa is now The Pongol. I'm wondering if the former is connected to the Cambridge place. Does anyone know about either of these new Billerica restaurants?

If The Pongol is open, it has only just opened. I was by it in the past week or so and it wasn't open then.
