It has been over 25 years since I have been in Cleveland and I was wondering is the following rest. are still open.

Tick Tock @ W.117th and Clifton Had the best ribs
Blue Fox @ W.117th and Clifton
Benny Shuperios (sp)
Corky and Lennies. Chagrin area
Farris Steak House on Detroit ave and approx W 65th ( I think)
Swingo's in the downtown area.
Diamond Jim's down in the flats.

Benny Shapiro's is closed.

So is Swingo's downtown. There is a Swingo's on Edgewater in one of the highrise apartment buildings (next to Pier W). Tick Tock is open -- food is good, bar is downright scary. Ferris is on Detroit at about West 85th. Blue Fox is long gone -- a lovely CVS Pharmacy occupies the site.

the ribs at TICK TOCK are par-boiled and were never, ever all that good. still, i loved'em anyway.

otoh FERRIS is as good or i have heard maybe even a bit better than ever.
