Pickled Green Tomatoes -- What do you eat them with?

The answer to this may be nothing... Just got some super tasty little guys and I want to serve them as an appetizer. I was wondering if any flavors will complement them? Or should I just slice em up and serve? THANKS!

I grow loads of tomatoes in the summer and can't resist picking the first big green tomatoes that arrive.

I make a quick pickle relish from a few and and then serve that on top of seasoned fried green tomatoes.

I like the small ones that they call "tomolives" in a martini for a change of pace.

Pastrami on rye with mustard and a side of half-sour dill pickles goes well with pickled green tomatoes. You could try making little cocktail sandwiches and serving the sliced green tomatoes on top of the sandwiches. The idea just might work.

Since I've traditionally had them with Jewish deli, that's the food I associate them with.

I haven't had one in years, but I think I know what I'm having for a snack tomorrow!
