Orlando restaurants near Ritz Carlton?

Hi- three NYers headed to Orlando next week and staying at the Ritz. What is near there that we should try? We love all kinds of food, but would prefer to keep it light- maybe sushi one night? Any recommendations appreciated. Thanks!

The Ritz is in the middle of a community called Hunter's Creek. There are a few newer noteworthy restaurants nearby. A few miles away on the right, in a new development called Hunter's Creek Village, there is a restaurant called Fusion Seven, that has the only ceviche bar in Orlando. If you try it, post your review here. I haven't made it yet, but I heard it was quite ambitious of a menu. There is also a sushi restaurant there. There is a little family owned Spanish restaurant (from Spain... not Caribbean) and family owned Mexican restaurant nearby that are both good, on the left-hand side, in the same strip mall (near Subway, of all places).

Excellent sushi is served in the lobby bar at the JW Marriott.
