Cooking Kampachi for Dinner -- recipes?
Having a dinner party Friday night, and I just got word that the folks at Kona Kampachi are sending me a generously-sized sample of their fresh fish to try and write about (www.notderbypie.com). I need recipe ideas, and I'd like the add-ins to be as simple as possible. I'm thinking lemon, salt, pepper, butter, period. Anyone have a great kampachi recipe to share?
