Best Mail Order Ham?

I am planning to order a ham for Easter. I have had good experiences with Harrington's spiral sliced ham. However, the one in the Dean and Deluca catalog "Dave's Old World Ham" looks like s good possibility. Has anyone had that one??? I am looking for a fully cooked ham and not a Smithfield type.

I was about to post the same question...except that I also need the ham to be "no-nitrites". I looked at Dave's at D&D, but I'll be damned if I'm paying $20/lb for ham that's not proscuitto.

I don't care if it's cooked or uncooked or semi cooked, but I don't want country ham and I don't want nitrites.

          Anyone?

Cook's Illustrated liked Niman Ranch for a lightly smoked ham, and Hickory Farms for a smokier version. I've had the Niman and found it very good.

I just ordered from Niman (and paid more than I wanted to). I'll post after Easter and let you know what I and my ham-craving husband think.
